Progress through the Foundation Practioner course, Advanced Practioner course and then prepare to run your first course as a Validated A-Z Trainer.

The journey starts with a 6-hour course introducing the 26 Thinking Moves A-Z run as an INSET day in school. This supports the embedding of the Thinking Moves A-Z into your school culture. Following this course you would have access to the resources including logos, images, posters, assembly resources and the “Thinking Calendar”, enabling systematic practice through the year.

If you wish to complete this as an individual then we run termly online versions of this course. See pages below for the dates for the next cohort.

There is a £25pp cost for registration which includes certification and a copy of Thinking Moves A-Z.

The Advanced Practioner course is a 6-hour INSET for whole schools, usually about 6-12 months after the Foundation course to help you consolidate Thinking Moves A-Z across your curriculum and beyond. This training provides deeper development and practical support to help embed the Thinking Moves into the culture of the school. We can also advise on how schools share and communicate this work within their marketing. This course is run by Roger Sutcliffe, creator of Thinking Moves A-Z and Director of Dialogue Works.

If you are inspired by the Thinking Moves A-Z you can become a Thinking Moves validated trainer.  This is a 6-hour online course and will prepare you to run your first Foundation Level Practitioner Course. You must be an Advanced level Practitioner to undertake this training.

Upon completion you will be able to represent Thinking Moves and run workshops or training on Thinking Moves. You will also be able to run the Foundation Level Practitioner course for schools.
